The virgin forest, Rajhevski Rog, in Slovenia (Yugoslavia) takes up 51.14 hectares; belongs to the association of the dinaric silver fir -beech virgin forest. Several subassociations have been found. This study includes the following: an analysis of the tree number, wood mass mortality, tree height, different strata, partiality to development, vitality, tree-top length, the type and degree of damage; a description of the development stages and an analysis of regrowth.
