Taxonomic survey of Primula L. of bhutan with reference to endemicity

The taxonomic survey of the members of the genus Primula L. occurring in Bhutan reveals the presence of 69 taxa, 72% of which are common with Sikkim and Nepal. Ten taxa are found to be endemic and the rest show phytogeographic affinity with China, Tibet and Burma. Previous works on the genus in Bhutan have been reviewed in the paper.
