Utilization of milk protein yield for the selection of the domestic Black-and-White cattle
1990
Czaja, H.
It was found useless to introduce protein level in milk as an additional trait in evaluating breeding value of cattle. However, that trait should be considered in selection, particularly when selecting of bull sires and bull dams, which causes a necessity of its evaluation in milk control. Milk protein yield can be introduced into evaluation of cattle breeding value when it is based on the index including milk performance traits
