Haematological and immunologic indices in blue foxes infected naturally with distemper virus

A significant increase in leukocyte count, phagocytic index and ability to reduce nitrotetrazolium blue were observed in foxes infected with distemper virus. On the other hand, immunoglobulin content was lower in infected animals than that in healthy foxes
