In field trials conducted to study the rate of cross-fertilization between single plants within plots and between small plots in Vicia faba L. var minor using black-seeded marker-gene at different levels of heterozygosity of the faba bean genotypes, the rate of cross-fertilization between single plants (42 ) was about twice the rate between plots (22 )
