[The effect of various levels of urea in the silage of maize and cob meal, and ground maize on the utilization of meal nutrients]

The addition of urea directly before preparing silage from maize grain and cob meal causes an increase in the content of crude protein in the obtained silage. The use of silage with the addition of urea caused an increase in the utilization of meal nutrients. The value of apparent digestibility has been determined for some of the ingredients of the tested diets.
