The blood serum of 1,311 cattles were tested on leptospirosis at a cattle farm. The leptospirosis antibodies were found with 24 animals (1.83%). The predominant leptospira interrogans serotypes with cattle were Pomona and Icterohaemorragiae (10 animals), and grippotyphosa (3 animals) and Tarassovi (1 animal) serotipes were present in considerably lower level. In the blood serum of the animals prevailed lower titres of leptospira antibodies (1:100 - 1:1000), and only in the serum of one animal the high (1:100.000) titar of antibodies to Pomona serotype was found. All animals responding to leptospirosis were healed with streptocin. At the first checkup, after healing, the number of animals with imunological reaction was considerably decreased (48,34%), and at the second there were no leprospira antibodies in the blood serum of the animals.
