This is a study on the effect of 12 more important crops on 8 types of most frequent weeds, planted together in pots, in a green-house. The following has been established: In most of the experiments with many combinations of crops and weeds, only sporadic cases of allelopathic inhibition of the number of sprouted weeds by the crops were found and in the rest there was no influence. It was observed that crops had a significant effect on the number of sprouted weeds only in some of the cases. Crops had more of an inhibitory effect on the height and weight of the studied weeds.
