This is a study of Permex corporation entering into the sardines industry. It will analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses in relation to the opportunities and threats to the industry at present. The study will center itself on the canned fish industry with the emphasis on sardines processing and marketing operations. The industry study would include in its analysis the supply and demand of canned sardines, its competitors and possible substitutes.
