MS mineral salts with a set of vitamins B1, B6, nicotinic acid, glycine, ascorbic acid, inositol, sucrose and agar are proposed as the basic medium for all the stages of propagation with an addition of: 0.5 mg/l BAP for proliferation; kinetin and activated charcoal for elongation and rooting, 0.25 mg/l IBA for rooting, 0.2 mg/l BAP for storage
