Effect of leaching process upon distribution of trace elements in grey brown podzols

The aim of the work was to determine content of Mn, Zn, Cr, Ni, Co, Pb, on each genetic layer of grey brown soils made from Triassic sandstones nearby the Swietokrzyskie Mountains. 5 profiles of the grey brown soils were examined, amongst them one was a pasture and the other were arable lands. Content of vestigial elements on soil samples was determined by means of atomic absorption spectrometry in solutions obtained after etching of soil samples with perchloric acid
