Efficacy of KNO3, CCC, and sadh on flower induction, fruit growth and development and fruit quality of 'Ladu' mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco)

All compounds significantly increased flower formation and fruit production in "Ladu" mandarin. However, the combination of KNO3 and Sadh at a concentration of 10,000 ppm and 2,500 ppm, respectively, was significantly more effective than the rest. The effects of the different frequencies of application of KNO3, CCC, and Sadh used alone or in combination varied significantly in terms of the number of flowers and fruits of "Ladu" mandarin. The effect of the test compounds KNO3, CCC, and Sadh used alone or in combination varied significantly on their effects on the fruits of "Ladu" mandarin in terms of retention, equatorial and polar diameter, weight, number of seeds, peel color, total soluble solids, and total titratable acidity.
