This handbook consolidates the information needed to teach form five students the principles and practice of dairy farming. Seven units cover breeds and selection of dairy cattle, general management, milking, calf rearing, nutrition and diseases of dairy cattle in Fiji. All units have twelve sections including suggested teaching methods, vocabulary list, practical, evaluation and bibliography. The content in the units follows the Fiji agricultural science curriculum objectives.
