We discuss experiments concerning effect of poliamines(PAs) and non purine cytokinins on the physiology of plant cultivated in vitro. PAs in concentrations similar to this of phytohormones effect plant growth, namely number and fresh weight of leaves. The proline content increased. Non purine cytokinins 4-PU-30 and Dropp stimulate the growth, content of pigments in carnation. Other non purine cytokinins also stimulate the growth in Gipsofila paniculate cultivated in vitro. There are no doubt that non purine cytokinins polyamines and many other growth regulators open a new possibility for physiological optimizing of cultivating plants in vitro.
