Enzymatic assay of polyenoic fatty acids contents in blood plasma lipids

A modification of the enzymatic method for the quantitative estimation of polyenoic fatty acids content in blood plasma lipids has beeen elaborated. The described procedure makes possible the expression of this content as percent of the total fatty acids in lipid compounds
