Experimental culture of green mussel, Perna viridis (Linn.) by rope hanging methods were conducted at two locations, in Bang Prakong River estuary and infront of the Mah Boon Krong Company's pier, Sriracha District. The mussel seeds used at the second location were transfered from the Bang Prakong River estuary. Two types of hanging methods were used, "the rope substrate" and "the onion bag". These two forms of mussel seeds were hung up with two kinds of float, raft and long-line. Hence, four types of culturing method in two locations were comparatively studied. No significant difference growth among the four types of culturing method nor between the two locations. Nevertheless, The mussel production of "the onion bag" was higher than that of "the rope substrate" method, With regards to the type of float, the long-line seemed to be strong last longer and easy for maintenance. The seawater properties at the two locations did not differ greatly.
