The poultry slaughter line developed by the Hungarian Monorex Co. enables excellent quality to be produced, just as in hand slaughtering. In the course of processing the technological times can be freely chosen and changed, irrespective of one another. The slaughter line can be constructed for any output from 50 to 600 pieces/h. The building and space demand is low compared to these of the usual poultry slaughterhouses. The labour requirement is 3-12 persons, depending on the output. The slaughter line maintains the excellent quality of the slaughter poultry, its operation enables much live labour to be saved, it is safe and of quick refund
