Nine combination treatments of O2 and CO2 concentration in Polyethylene (PE) bag containing fresh mandarin fruits were stored at 15 degree C to observe its shelf life and quality of the fruits. The best result was obtained by the combination of O2 and CO2 for 15 percent and 4 percent having shelf life for 21 days. The quality of the fruits still good having juice content 52.9 percent, sugar content 10.23 percent, total acidity 3.9 percent, ascorbic acid content 24,8 percent and moisture content 89.9 percent. Base on the organoleptic test, the were fruits still acceptable and having score 6.13
