Vegetable cultivation in roofed areas

The author discusses the climatic conditions for growing vegetables in Latvia all-the-year-round. The necessity to cultivate vegetables in roofed areas is motivated. The decisive agrobiological factors, tested in trials, are analized. The results of the trials are shown in tables.
