Fattening and wool performance of F1 crossbred lambs, the progeny of Corriedale ewes mated by rams of high prolificacy breeds

An experiment on F1 progeny of Corriedale ewes and Friesian, Finnish or Wrzosowka rams was carried out. The highest fattening performance (weight gain) in the progeny of Friesian rams as well as the lowest in the progeny of Wrzosowka rams was stated. The increase of wool thickness in all type of crossbred lambs at 5 month of life was observed
