Human resource development for the agricultural sector is both a monumental and challenging task for persons engaged in the various institutions as agricultural educators or extension workers and therefore the strategy of using an integrated approach for the teaching of agricultural education is a basis of hope for developing countries, if agricultural development and national development are to be achieved. Agriculture is taught at various levels of education in Trinidad and Tobago. Recommends an integrated approach for agricultural education at various levels.
