Variety and moisture content influence on geometrical properties of wheat grain

The influence of variety and moisture content on physical properties of wheat grain was investigated in this paper. The statistical methods were used in order to establish the interconnection. Three varieties were tested: Zvezda, Rana niska and Balkan in four different initial moisture contents. The results were analysed by Chisquare test and it can be concluded that the frequences had normal distribution. The variance analysis was done in order to evaluate the influence of wheat varieties and moisture contents on their geometric properies.
