Chorological and ecological notes on the vascular flora of the Province of Luxembourg (Belgium) and limitroph regions

List of floristic observations, with the I.F.B.L. (Institut Floristic Belgo-Luxembourgeois) coordinates, made by the three authors or by some correspondents. These notes are a continuation of the work of G.H. PARENT and D. THOEN published in Lejeunia, N.S. 108 (1982). Preceedings notes were published in Lejeunia, N.S., 44 (1967) and 68 (1973). Ecological notes are given for the following plants, which were observed under unusual conditions: Blechnum spicant, Carex caryophyllea, Equisetum sylvaticum, Phegopteris connectilis, other ecological data are given for Dryopteris cristata, Ilex aquifolium, Osmunda regalis. Some remarks concern the morphology of following plants: Ajuga reptans, Arum maculatum, Blechnum spicant, Botrychium lunaria, Epipactis helleborine, Hedera helix, Hydrocotyle vulgaris, Malva moschata, Paris quadrifolia, Polystichum x bicknellii, Potamogeton natans and Potamogeton polygonifolius, Stellaria nemorum. For the following taxa, some stations at least may be advanticious: Berberis vulgaris, Buxus sempervirens, Cardaminopsis arenosa subsp. borbasii (recent spreading), Centaurea montana, Clinopodium vulgare, Digitalis purpurea, Gagea lutea, Galium odoratum, Primula veris, Securigera varia. Abnormal phenological data are given for: Anemone nemorosa, Bellis perennis, Empetrum nigrum, Lonicera periclymenum. A taxonomic note concerns Artemisia campestris. The hybrid Viola hirta x riviniana is mentioned. Some 20 alien plants for the flora of Belgium were also cited.
