Experiments of orthogonality were designed on two levels to five factors in sugarcane synthetic cultivation techniques with high yield, high sucrose content of cane and high benefit conducted for two years with three crops. The results showed that the treatment (2) had the best cane yield and sucrose content of cane among the treatments. The best combinating treatment (2) accorded with the theoretical combination. The results provided a theoretical basis for the combination of some culture measures in sugarcane synthetic cultivation with high yield, high sucrose content of cane and high profit
