The Impact Evaluation Study aims to assess the overall effects of the interventions as implemented under the Kirindi Oya Irrigation and Settlement Project (KOISP). It aims to identify and measure KOISP output and trends; to measure the project benefits and evaluate the impact of the project; and to conduct a benefit-cost analysis of the KOISP.
