The study recorded three isolates of Pseudomonas species tagged A, B, and C, based on the morphological characteristics of the colonies observed on the specific/selected culture media for Pseudomonas sp. The bacteria culture growth was increased in the number of colonies in order of occurrence with the kidney, liver and gill. Thus the gill is the likely organ where Pseudomonas sp. A and B could be readily harvested, while Pseudomonas sp. C is rather scanty and only found in the liver
