Apparatus for continuous and automatic measurement of content of thin juice and ammonium compounds in the condensate from evaporator station has been worked out. It has been tested in laboratory and in factory - used for automatic detection of juice entrainment into the condensate. Very high fidelity and sensitivity, similar to the sensitivity of colorimetric methods of analysis has been reached
