This paper discusses the results of investigating major fruit characters of 20 cherry seedlings. The ripening date of the cherry fruits studied ranged from 4 to 26 June. The genotypes have significantly affected the variability of the morphological properties studied. Environmental factors have also had significant influence on ripening date, fruit height, fruit width, fruit weight, relation between flesh and stone and stone weight. Statistically significant positive correlation was registered between fruit weight and fruit height, fruit weight and fruit width, fruit width and fruit height, stone weight and fruit width, stone weight and fruit height, relation between flesh and stone and fruit weight.
