The yield and quality of grape and wine in cultivars Riesling Italian and Riesling White in the Zupa vine district [Serbia, Yugoslavia]

The investigated cultivars exhibited under the agroecological conditions of the Zupa vine district (Serbia, Yugoslavia) the numerous positive properties. The investigated significators were: number of grown buds, of the fertile shoots, the coefficient of the fertility, number of clusters, the mass of grape, the yield of grape, the content of the most important characteristics of wine as well as the organoleptic properties of wine. Taking into account all the mentioned significants, both investigated cultivars can be recommended for further production of the different categories of the quality wines in the Zupa vine district (Serbia, Yugoslavia).
