The influence of bull-sires as well as breeds crosses combination on certain traits of young cattle domestic (Yugoslav) spotted breed and F1 crosses with breeds Charolaise and Limousine were investigated. A significant difference in average values of body length and girth of shinbone between sires was observed and stated. The influence of the breed has shown highly significant differences in regard to stated body measures. Investigated fathers have influenced significantly the variation of following values: the duration of fattening, daily gain, carcass dressing and peritoneum mass. We have also found very significant variations between breeds-crosses combinations with regard to the duration of fattening, daily gain and meat total in carcass sides and peritoneum mass.
