Discusses the use of approximately 0.5 acre of government owned property in Antigua, half submerged marine coastal water and half adjacent coastline, at no cost, for two years to build a mariculture hatchery and research laboratory for an experimental rearing of the Caribbean King Crab (Mithrax spinossissimus). Suggests that this project would be a viable economic venture while educating tourists and the local community on marine science and technology
