The dynamic model helps to describe the dry matter accumulation increase in winter wheat (Jubilejnaja 50) relying on purely meteorological parameters such as air temperature and soil moisture content, taken 5 days examination periods into account. The model is suitable for predicting yield qantity and quality parameters such as wet gluten proportion. The rise of the curve of the ear dry matter accumulation function depends on the thermal and humidity conditions, during the growing season
