Ronyai, A. (Halteny. Kut. Int., Szarvas (Hungary))
The determined from a previous experiment (Ronyai 1992) optimum and maximum feeding rates (Ropt, and Rmax), growth rate (G) and O2 requirement are the background of the present study. On the basis of these parameters it was stated, that the optimum feeding level resulting the minimum production cost can be described as the function of the optimum optimal feeding level. It results the best feed conversion rate) and the proportion of the unit prices of water (energy) and feed (x). Using the determined in such way optimum feeding level the time, feed and water requirement of any optional weight increase can be calculated. The values of these parameters can be calculated in function of any optional feeding level. By means of the above mentioned parameters practically all variable and part of fixed production costs of the unit weight can be estimated in industrial fish production systems
