This paper deals on the mechanics of supply and demand of ubi products for domestic and export markets. Statistics on production are shown and the markets of processed ubi are identified. Ubi varieties and the qualities preferred by processors are also presented. Some suggestions are given to farmers to increase the quality and volume of ubi production with assistance from government and non-government organizations. A list of ubi processors, exporters and traders is provided
