The analysis of pathogen organisms intracellular parasitism from Protozoa to viruses was given. The conception of "cell-parasite" complex as a basis of biological and pathogenetical phenomena was formulated. The principal ideas of intracellular parasitism immunology, the immune response stereotypeness and their applied aspects were postulated
