All capsular antigens of P. multocida obtained by the authore are toxic to the LEC cell culture. In this case the formulations cultivated on synthesized medium 199 had stronger toxicogenous effect compared with those grown on protein medium. Toxicity checking in cell cultures is one of promising methods to test toxins and anigens
