The effect of technological treatments on the content of the anti-nutritional factors and feeding value of soybeans

The data on the antinutritive matters of raw soybeans are presented in this work. Different heat treatment were compared. The quality of soybeans treated was evaluated in respect of both antinutritive matters and nutritive ingredients content (proteins, amino acids). It was concluded that treatment have positive influence on the content of antinutritive matters and also an nutritive value determined in broiler feeding.
