Three new species of Henneguya Thelohan, 1892 (Myxozoa: Myxosporea) were described in Teleostei Mormyridae fishes. Henneguya odzai sp. nov. was observed in the gills of Marcusenius moorii (Guenther, 1867) where numerous whitish cysts can be found (up to 8000 within an individual host). Henneguya ntemensis sp. nov. occurred in the gall-bladder wall, kidneys and spleen of Brienomyrus brachyistus Gill, 1862. Henneguya nyongensis sp. nov. was found in the gills and muscles of Marcusenius moors. These new species were differentiated from each other principally by the morphometric characteristics of spore body and polar capsules.
