anglais. The seeds of interspecific crossing of G. max cultivar. Orba and G. tomentella Pl 441003 were not well developed, so the embryos had to be rescued by in vitro methods. Immature hybrid seeds (3 weeks after pollination) germinated on PC-12 medium supplemented with 0.05 mg/l BAP + 0.5 mg/l GA-3. But only on the first medium, the embryos grew and developed into unifoliage leaf seedlings

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan biji pada persilangan antar species G. max kultivar Orba dengan G. tomentella Pl 441003 tidak sempurna, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyelamatan embrio secara in vitro. Penambahan BAP 0.05 mg/l + GA-3 0.5 mg/l atau IBA 0.1 mg/l + GA-3 0.5 mg/l pada media dasar PC-L2 dapat menginduksi perkecambahan biji muda hibrid umur 3 minggu setelah penyerbukan. Namun hanya pada perlakuan BAP 0.05 mg/l + GA-3 0.5 mg/l, kecambah dapat tumbuh dan kerkembang baik sampai daun tunggal
