The use of raw rice straw in paddy field of newly reclaimed tideland

The raw rice straw is higher ratio of nitrogen carbon than the manure, and it has favourable improvement of physiological and chemical characters of tideland soil, and also accelerate the desalting, as the straw has much organic matter decomposing easily. The application of 2.5-5 tons of rice straw per hectare in autumn brings the increase of rice yield as to 102 percents than the application of 10 tons of manure.
