Validity of phosphorus determination under different extraction conditions

The existence of large differences between the chemical properties in individual strata aggravate the extraction step and limit the validity and reproducibility of the results. Possible sources of variation in the analytical result in the extraction methods are associated with the temperature of the extracting solution, and the shaking speed and time. In the present paper the accuracy and precision for phosphorus extraction on the basis of some soils subjected to different treatments has been discussed.
