This presentation is a result of the studies conducted during the years of 1985-86 in the forest and field biocenosis, both situated in urban area of Kielce. The goal of this research was to study species composition, the dynamics of their appearances, and sex ratio of green lacewings, as well as trophic and habitat dependency characterized for this family of insects
