Effects of long-term application of manure and slurry on contents of mineral nitrogen forms in the soil were discussed. The accumulation of nitrate N in soil profile (0-100 cm) at using manure was more intensive than at slurry application in doses balanced to manure with nitrogen level. Nitrate content in soil was strongly affected by the frequency of manuring in crop rotation. Application of manure every year increased 2.9 times nitrate N content and 1.1 times ammonium N content in soil in comparison to single manuring in 4-year crop rotation
