Theoretical and experimental research activities concerning evaluation of soil nutrients contributions, efficient in yield formation, are dealt with. Polynomial and Mitscherlich equation were used to describe yield increases versus nutrient amounts from fertilizers and to estimate soil nutrient contributions. Graphical and computational method of estimation are compared. Both theoretical and experimental investigations, showed that polynomial equation uses overestimate soil nutrient contribution comparing to Mitscherlich exponential equation. Computational method is more precise and easier to use as compared to the graphical method. A good, positive correlation was found between unfertilized yields and estimated soil nutrient contributions and between estimated soil nutrient contributions and relevant agrochemical indexes. The research results are both of theoretical and practical use.
