During six months of culture, Trichodina sp. was found on gills, fins and body. Three species of bacteria: Aeromonas hydrophila, Serratia sp. and Pasteurella sp. were isolated from kidney and lesion of diseased fish. Two nutritional diseases were found. There were Fatty Liver Syndrome and Bone rarefaction spinal deformity.
