[A method for obtaining cell juice from green plants]

The invention deals with the method of obtaining juices of plant origin and is aimed at increase in biological value of the juices. The method envisages heating, cooling and then additional heating and differs in that the heating and additional heating are performed by steam with the temperature 120-140 deg C and the cooling is carried out up to the temperature minus 2-3 deg C for 6-8 hours. The additional heating is performed until juice excretion from the plant finishes. The proposed method makes it possible to keep the content of vitamins C, B1 and PP in amount that is 1,5 times higher than that in a prototype of the invention
