Content of N, P, K and Ca in alfalfa forage, depending on developing stages of plant (butonization, flowering, post flowering and fruitforming) and plant part (leaves, stem, apex) were studied. Obtained results show that with ripening, from butonization content of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P2O5) and potassium (K2O) in studied plant parts decrease, except phosphorus which increases in the stem. Decrease of N, P205 and K20 content in alfalfa forage, in first order is a result of changes in plant parts ratio. Calcium content according to developmental stages, increase with plant ripening, in all plant parts.
