Technological value of the artificially dried corn grain in wet milling processing

In this paper, technological value of artificially dried corn grain for wet milling processing was presented. Artificial drying of corn grain at higher temperatures causes change in grain, its physiological function, physical characteristics and changes in technological characteristics and quality. Given data show partial loss of technological value even at temperature of 65 deg C, while at temperatures of 85 deg C and higher, technological value of corn grain for wet milling processing is considerably lower.
