Rapeseed oil, because of the rapeseed's genetic characteristics, extracted from it, is always contaminated by the catalytic poisons. Thanks to this rapeseed oil has limited application in the hydrogenated fat production. Developing new varieties, rapeseed got new position, thanks to the absence of erucic acid and glucosinilates from its composition, it can complete with soybean and sunflower. Oil from new varieties (OO), during processing into fats, show identical characteristics as oil with high or low erucic acid, finally quality fats can be produced, in the economic way from it.
