[Extension supervision ways in Behira Governorate [Egypt]]

The objective of this study is to recognize the supervision ways which are used by extension supervisors to deal with agricultural extension agents in local level. Data were collected using a prepared personal questionnaire. Absolute values, percentages, and chi-square were used to analyse the data. Findings indicated that extension supervisors were using five supervision ways to deal with agricultural extension agents during their supervision job. These ways were arranged in a decending way according to supervisors percentages who are using these such ways as; strong interest in job performance and employees. strong interest in job performance and weak interest in employees, average interest in job performance and employees, weak interest in job performance and strong interest in employees, weak interest in job performance and employees. Findings also indicated that the majority of extension supervisors were using the way (strong interest in job performance and employees) with average degree and more.
